What’s the turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary depending on the complexity of the request and the type of plan you are subscribed to.
Motion graphics are only available on our Business and Designated Designer plans are usually delivered in 1-2 business days.
What type of files can you deliver?
The main format will be MP4 or GIF. We can also work with LottieFiles.
We will also deliver the After Effects source file (AEP) and MOV if you need it for transparent assets.
What software do you use to create motion graphics?
We use the Adobe Creative Suite (mostly Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, InDesign).
Do you provide audio or voice-overs?
It is better if you can send your music, sound effects or voice-over to be added. Make sure to send us only licensed audio files that you are allowed to use.
If you cannot find one, we can help but it could result in longer delivery time.
What about video editing?
Yes, video editing is included in our Business plan and up.
